Default 03 dakota r/t starting and idle problems

Hey all im new to dodge and i just picked up a dakota r/t it has 45k miles the clock not sure if that is accurate but it is pretty clean it had a couple issues when i bought it the speedo didnt work and needed o2 sensors so i fixed the speedo problem and put two new ngk pre cat o2 senaors on. The post cat o2 s are tied the the frame because ihave no cats. So the problem is when the truck is warmed up sometimes it is hard to start it will turn over a few times and then acts like the engine gets in a bind and wont turn. Turn the key back and try again and it turns over slow a few tikes and then turns at normal speed and starts. It does not do this when its cold it will startright up everytime like after it sits for a couple hours. The other thingis when its idling at app 600 rpm and i blip the throttle half or more it stumbles and sputters then catches and revs up somtimes it will pop through the intake. It also smells like it is running rich. I replaced the kegger pa. Gasket with the hughes kit as it was leaking then seafoamed the engine and put on new cap rotor wires and plugs. Changed the oil and replaced the map sensor. The only code im getting is p0158 which is one of the post cat o2 sensor so the shouldnt be messing with my air fuel ratio and shouldnt be causing these problems. Has anyone seen this before or can give me some ideas on what to check im running into a dead end with this one thanks
