Default please helo

I have a 2000 Dodge dakota 4.7 v8, im having trouble and at a loss. i just changed head gaskets and resurfaced head, and got it all back together, new timing chain set, water pump, spark plugs. started the truck and idles rough then dies. when i give it gas from about 1000-1400rpms it idles hard then runs very smooth above 1500 like nothing is wrong. The scanner keeps saying ignition coil a-h switching everytime now getting all 8. i replaced all coils, and still same problem. battery is good, all wiring is plugged in and correct, no other readings on scanner. i bought another new set of spark plugs and put those in and got better. but still same problem, please please please help, im at a complete loss

The power to the ignition coils comes from the ASD relay and is switched on the ground side via the PCM.

Are you sure that all the connectors are in/tight. Pull the PCM connectors and make sure they are clean. Verify all grounds are attached and tight.

What plugs are you running?

Are you positive that the cam timing is set perfectly?

What are the exact codes your getting, the P#.

yes i am positive the cam timing is set perfectly.

i am running NGK V-power plugs in it.

all the connectors are in tight i triple checked all of them.

the codes vary for P0351-P0358, it starts out as just one code, and the longer i let it run it ends up all 8 come up, no other codes. (just Ignition Coil 1-8 primary circuit malfunction)

primary circuit to me means that they are not flowing the current they should be, it's either too low or too high.

Dodge says it this way: Peak primary circuit current not achieved with maximum
dwell time (high impedance).

There really shouldn't be a common problem except for 2 things, the PCM or your spark plugs.

Are these MOPAR coils or aftermarket? Just for kicks, check the resistance.
On the primary side it should be 0.6 to 0.9 ohms. On the secondary, 6000-9000 ohms.
