www.autocomputerexchange.com is said to be very good and has decent pricing and fast shipping. I believe they give a lifetime warranty on the pcm you buy if you send your old one in for a core. They are located down in south Florida. Seems I remember checking prices for my truck and they had a rebuilt pcm for $200.00. Definitely worth checking them out. A lot of guys have reported great service there.

As stated from 01SilverCC the Florida company at www.autocomputerexchange.com was where I purchased my PCM from them off E-BAY, 16 month ago and have not had any trouble with the replacement unit. I have a 2000 3.9L V6, but the price was a lot lower than the local autoparts shops in my area. The do need year, make, engine, mileage and VIN number to program the PCM correctly for your vehicle otherwise a used unit may require a reflash or programming from the dealer. A few threads have mentioned that used units can throw a code when placed in a dakota with a different VIN number.

I went directly through them over the phone. They even overnighted mine to me.
