As far as I know, yes. Output speed sensor. Looked kinda square with 1 bolt on drivers side toward front of transmission

Both sensors are on the left side and mount with one bolt.

The input speed sensor the bolt is located below the hole in the case, the output sensor has the bolt more left of the hole in the case - IIRC.

OK then I replaced the output sensor. If what you're saying is correct

Here's a pic of the sensors, attached. The output speed sensor is the rear most one.

Make sure the harness is clean and tight, no damage. Check for oil in the connector.

It could be an internal problem or a problem with the TCM.
