Have you checked your fuel pressure?

i dont have the equipment to do that nor do i know where to go check that.

It's not hard to check the fuel pressure.
You will need to rent a fuel pressure gauge or buy one.
Does you truck have this problem when you first start it ? Or
After it's warmed up. I would try removing the up stream o2 sensor
And see if that helps it maybe a plugged cat.

i have no cats lol so its not the cat. guess i will go rent one and see the pressure of the fuel.

No cats...useful information. Did you do the non-fouler trick for the O2 sensor?

the i have o2 sim on making the truck think they are there.
