Thanks Jon, I see the difference and am going to be getting an OEM style one as soon as I can because it's driving me nuts.

I think I figured out the front end clunk and it's actually the UPPER right hand ball joint... The one I've definitely replaced already, and has a lifetime warranty. Piece of junk chinese part I guess, I don't even remember what brand it was. Definitely not the more expensive one, but I guess that's what I'll be getting next time around. No sense in having a lifetime warranty if I'll have to keep replacing it every few years.
