odd sound from wheel well

Question odd sound from wheel well

What would make a pop kind of sound everytime i hit a pot hole or rough roads on the jobsites i work on? i hear the sound from the drive side wheel well but when i looked in there i couldnt find anything loose. any ideas?

Front or rear?

I'm thinking ball joints, bad shock, control arm bushings, etc...

front . as for the shocks they are new as are the control arm bushing.

Make sure the nuts holding everything on are tight. I could be a shock dancing in the mounting hole. Or probably more likely a ball joint that is ready to quit.
