Broken starter replacement

Usually a easy job but the end of my starter is broken off inside the bell housing. The nipple is stuck and broke the end of the starter. It is still in place, any suggestions on how to get it out?

That's a tough one. Drill it out? Can you take a picture?

I guess I was on the right track then. Just hope it does not fall in the bell housing. Truck is at camp, will take a pic on Friday.
