I have a 2001 5.2 R/T club cab Dakota, but in Brazil we didnt get the 4X4 version, my question is: can I use a 99' 4.0L Cherokee front differential? strangely enough all brazilian pick-ups come with 4X4 suspension.

 

Are you talking about a whole solid front axle from a Cherokee? Have you measured one? I think it's probably a bit too narrow. It's also a Dana 30, IIRC, which makes it marginal in strength, even for the Cherokee.
