Please help!! sent out ecm for repair now running very rough!!

Had ecm failure. No bus. Sent it out for repair and was told to just plug it in and go. Awful backfire and doesn't want to idle. Should my ecm be flashed?

Most rebuilders ship the PCM ready to plug in, as in you will not need to do anything to it.

Call them. It can be defective.

Thanks for the info! I talked to them today. Gna send it back tomorrow and hope for the best!
