Had a look at it today and it looks a bit difficult to get the old one off. Tried a bit but ran into trouble getting the long bolt out of the sleeve. The rubber is shot and the bolt just turns the whole sleeve. I would like to re-use the bolt. I suppose I could cut off the two cross member bolts and undo the other bracket that bolts directly to the tran and then try to remove the bolt from the sleeve. Am I thinking straight or is there a better way? Thanks!

 

So, I guess that was deemed to be a dumb question since there were no replies. I searched the manual and internet for instructions on how to change this mount and found nothing about it. Believe it or not I have more questions.

Can the mount be removed directly? I don't want to remove the crossmember even though that would work for sure. Any word on this?

What is the usual procedure for changing this mount, anybody?
