ABS Brake Problem

ABS Brake Problem
I have a 1998 Dodge Dakota 4x4 with a 5.2L V-8 engine. At about 6 mph, the ABS pumpactivates and the brake pedal exerts pressure against my foot. A scan toolindicated that the right front wheel sensor was bad. I replaced the sensor butam still having the problem. However, neither the ABS light nor the Brake lightever came on.
I then had ascan tool that reads live data put on the vehicle while driving and braking. The scan tool was capable of reading the right and left front sensors as wellas the rear sensor simultaneously. All of the live data was good until about 6mph and the left front sensor would drop to zero and the ABS unit wouldactivate. I then decided to replace the left front sensor. All that did wascause the ABS unit to activate at about 15 mph instead of 6 mph. This wholetime neither the ABS light nor the Brake light came on. I wanted to check thelights so I removed the 40 amp ABS fuse and both the ABS and Brake lights cameon.
I don’t knowwhat is going on. Can anyone help please?

I say start with the basics pump all the old DOT 3 out of the system so you now have all new brake fluid bleed it proper wheel to wheel back to front.
Be sure to never let the master go dry on you
Then see what happens
Also let us know how the old DOT 3 looks as you empty the system was it black brown or just basic looking DOT 3.
