Default heated seats

I have a question regarding a 2004 dakota. I am looking to put heated front heats in it, I already bought the kits from webasto(excellent set up) my question is regarging the wiring diagram, if you look on the fuse pannel on the drivers side, there is a fuse in there (20 amp) for heated seats, how do I trace where this goes to so I can tap into it for the kit that I have purchased. the heaters require 10 amps per side thats why I would like to use this 20 amp circut. If you look on the back of the fuse block it is impossible to even find the wire that goes to and from that fuse, or the fuse for the amp( nonexsistant) is also 20 amp I could possibly use this. Any informatinn would be greatly appreciated, then we can talk about aftermarket cat-back systems
