Default Coolant reservoir leaking at lower seam, can it be patched?

A slight pin hole(?) is slowly draining my coolant reservoir, has anyone successfully patched this? It's the combo coolant/washer fluid res. on a 2001 dakota. Thanks

If it's pressurized, probably not. If it's the open type (drains to the ground if overfilled) you can probably patch it.

Neither is pressurized. I would drain it, clean it with brake cleaner, then put a dab of RTV on it.
