Default Torsion bar question

doing all the bushings on my 02 Dakota 4wd

Torsion bar is seized in the lower control arm. After changing bushings any reason I can't reassemble the lower control arm with torsion bar attached back into the truck? Should line up with the loosened up key, right?

It's not fun, but it will go back in fine. I had to do it that way on pass. side of mine. Tried for hours to get torsion bar out of control arm, but it just wasn't happening.
