Default Battery drain while truck is off

Hi I have a 2004 dodge Dakota 3.7L. When my truck sets over night the battery drains and won't start. The charging, starting and battery are all good. When I check for a parasitic draw with the truck off its drawing 120 milli amps and when I pull the ign #3 fuse it drops to .012 mili amps I know there should be some draw there but is 120 excessive?

Yes, it is high.

Do you have any aftermarket devices that may be consuming power? How about a the radio or a GPS. Is the glove box light or underhood light staying on?
