I have the knuckle off the passenger side and checked the half axle. If I spin it there is no noise and its very smooth, no grind or click.
However, if I push it in and pull outward there's a slight click. Is that normal?
I told you guys I would have a lot of questions

 

Where is the click coming from? The joint itself or where it is seated in the diff?

 

Well thats a good question. I'll have to try and determine that with some further analysis. It could be the diff end.
