Default Upper control arm bushings

How do you get the what I think is the fulcrum pin out before pressing the out/in new bushings? Im baffled, can you press out/in with fulcrum pin in place?

I think I found the answer. Def have to remove that fulcrum pin. Those bolts don't look like they are gonna be easy to remove after 13 years!

I pressed mine with the bar in place using a large socket. took 2 hours with a harbor freight cheapo press for both sides.
