I made the mistake of putting some aftermarket coil packs on my engine a few years back so if I was going to change one or two, I would probably change them all back to Mopar parts.
I may do that anyway, now that I think about it.
The truck runs like a spotted-assed ape, but I would like to make it run just a little better.
I wish Accel made coil packs for the 4.7.
I've used their product on other engines and they really made a difference.

Ok makes sense

You should test for a blown head gasket and mark it off as a possibility

Dodgevity has been dealing with a very mild blown head gasket just recently he didn't think he had a blown gasket till he tested positive.

Yeah, I rented a chemical tester from Autozone and it failed. Happy to report though, that K&W block seal fixed the problem. I had to go against their instructions and run it in the cooling system for 500 miles.
