Ive tried a list of things to fix this. ive replace the injector tested everything i can think of and then some. Im at a point where i have no idea where to look next to fix this. It cause me to stall out everytime i take my foot off the gas but it will idle.( it took a tune up and a few other thing just to get that) the idle is spratic the vac test said it was my injector. ive gone over everthing i can think of can anyone point me somewhere to look with this?

Get a "noid" light. It will tell you if the injector has power.

If it doesn't, your PCM is the likely problem (or the wiring).
