Prestone splashed everywhere! Where could be the leak?

Prestone splashed everywhere! Where could be the leak?
Hi guys,
maybe a veteran here could point me an area to look at.
This morning my Dakota 2002 V8 4.6L lost all its prestone. I was lucky enough to be very close to home when it happened.When I opened the hood, the engine and the complete hood were splashed by Prestone. So my guess is that the prestone could have splashed directly in the fan ... blowing it everywhere.
Not sure if my guess is good, or any under area under pressure could have made the same mess? It's difficult now to see where the leak is since everything is soaked.
Anyone have an idea of what to check? The radiator is mostly new (1 year old) so I doubt it is the problem.
