What are you trying to build? Is it the 5.2 still? Give us some more info as to what you need.

What year?

You'll need a PCM.

It's a 1999 dodge Dakota sport club cab was a 5.2L Magnum swapping out a blown up 5.2 for a spare one and doing a automatic transmission swap to a nv3500 5spd I have the original computer that came with it still works drove it home.
My issue is I don't want to pay for someone else to do it because I have to do it a second time when I finish the 396 stroker in it and then again for a different tranny when I do a super charger on it

You'll likely need a custom tune for the 396, if you plan to keep using the PCM that is.

I don't think you'll find such software out there to do it yourself.
