Ok so found the valve by the brake booster. Pulled it to see if it worked. A woosh of air out as soon as I pulled it. Seems to me deff not vacuum leak or valve issue.

Any more ideas ppl?
My leg is killing me after juat a 4 hour trip today. Tomorrow will be 9!
Please advise!

I guess we should ask if it ever worked correctly?

The PCM controls the valves in the servo. Even with some slack it should still be able to maintain the vehicle speed. It could be a problem in either.

You could try (even from a boneyard) installing another servo.

Probably not what you want to hear but a dealer can test the system using their DRB.
