do you have any OBDII tools or have you had a shop look at it?
I would be wanting to see the raw OBDII data to see what the fuel and spark systems are doing. You're losing one of them, just need to find out which.

have you been throwing parts at it or a shop?
A shop with a DRBIII or proper advanced OBDII tools could probably have solved this without throwing parts at it. Either you're losing fuel pressure or spark. Fuel pressure is just a pressure gauge. Spark can be checked through OBDII or a timing light.

these are all new parts, that have not fixed the issue, issue has stayed the same and even got worse over time, run time before failure has been getting shorter and shorter.

you've already done the parts chasing. Just take it to a dealer so they can hook up the DRBIII and figure out what is wrong. That's why they have a $15,000 computer. A $300 diagnostic fee is cheaper than all the parts you have blindly thrown at it.
