If blue get them off cops ticketed me and they were more blue purple and only a reflection from the engine bay not shining directly out at all ticket $200. I could have fought it but just payed it no time for court in the Holiday crazy time.

Those look like 8500 K, which are legal. 10,000K and up are illegial, generally.

He probably ticketed you because the light was an unnecessary distraction. Sorta like people who have blue lights on the underside of their cars, lighting up the ground. These help people see me. I will be replacing them once the company send me the whites.

A distraction? thats off

LED ad on lighting is becoming very common these days calling it a distraction is nuts.

The cops in my area are over the top jack@sses they pull you over just to look at you I have been pulled over 5 times then let go in one year so have many people I know.

And they wonder why so many people are becoming anti cop their egos are out of control?

No offense. I don't mean a literal distraction. There is lighting that serves a purpose and then there is frivolous decoration. If you have a blue light showing through your grille, it serves zero benefit to you or other cars on the road and that WOULD look like a cop car. Ever seen those cars with the blue lights underneath that I mentioned? What did you think of them? First thing I thought was... "well those look silly... and they sure make it easy for a cop to find you."

I will also say the cop's have no right to pull you over just to look at you one time OK 4 times F- NO thats exceeding their limits cops are out of control these days.

frivolous anything has no meaning to me frivolous is more the norm in Arizona and Southern California were Im from super cars $100K and up were all over the place in so Cal.

Well, I have to say I've learned in my older years now guys is that one does not need to draw attention to ones self. A jacked up hot rod 68 firebird always attracted the cops like they would come out of my trunk. I love the look of the new LED's. Watch the color though as some are over the top. 6500 Kelvin is about as close to daylight as you need to get. I'm all for low current devices and the new look. We live in a good time.
