Default Dodge Dakota codes

I have a '01Dakota with the 4.7 in it. Couple of months ago after getting misfire codes, I replaced all 8 plugs and all 8 coil packs. I am now getting the same codes, any suggestions?

What codes are you getting?

What plugs are you running? What coil packs?

They might have 3,000 miles on them. Getting codes are 0300, 0301, 0302
