99 dakota engine swap please help

I got a 99 dakota has the 3.9l its a 5 speed can I put a 5.2l in.this truck and not have to.customize it to.got and what all would I.need to do

yeah it can be done. Yeah a lot of work for any truck regardless of age. but if body and frame are good it's totally worth it....
but whats wrong with the 3.9? is it dead?
