Default 2004 Dakota 4.7 won't start p0688 please help

Hi guys I've been having intermittent no start and stalling issues with my 2004 dak. It started a few weeks after replacing both front fenders and has happened every 3-4 weeks since. I've always been able to get it started by moving the fuse box around. First I had to leave the retainer bolt for the fuse box out then I had to pop the box out of its retaining clips and now has of yesterday it won't start. It worked in the morning and then after work I drove to the gym worked out for an hour. Started it up and then it fired after a minute of idling. Then it started again but stalled while driving and then it wouldn't start again. I know I ended up with p0688 p0129 p0508 p0533. The thing is before when this happened I'd just get the p0688 and p0533. Do you guys think I have a broken wire or bad connection in the ASD circuit? Can someone please tell me which wires in the loom are attached to the asd? Or is there more going on here? Is there a way to bypass the asd to test? Please help guys. I had to take today off work as my truck will be towed where it is in its current spot and I need the truck for work.

all help is much appreciated

Did you reconnect the ground on the 2" pigtail under the PDC?
