Default Rear brake/drum

I have replaced the entire hardware an shoes, cylinder in rear brakes but noticed on test run that a odd light scrape noise from rear right.
I removed both drums an the back left one had new mark groved into drum.Right was ok.Im trying to figure out if it's the star part in adjuster or what may be causing it.Could parking brake be adjusted too tight ?
The pic shows the grove an set up at adjuster wheel.Bottom pic is right rear before I put last spring cable to wheel adjuster hook ,no problems there.
Any info is appreciated
New mark

The self adjuster arm does not appear to be installed correctly. It normally sits at about the halfway point on the adjuster star wheel.

Will that 1 time groove wear down an get drum back even again?

Also noticed a bit tight of a fit but it turns a tad with drum on.Star wheel is fully closed .Is that going to wear ok ?
Thanks

That looks better. The groove won't likely wear away anytime soon. At this point you're stuck with it or need to replace. It looks too deep to turn out.
