Default New tensioner pulley wobble?

I just replaced the hamonic balencer/crank pulley, the idler puller, and the old tentioner was rotted and wobbling so replaced that.
truck is running smooth but the new tentioner pulley is wobbling side to side about a few degrees. It's noticable.
is this supposed to have a little play while the engine is running?
Also, the belt is fairly new. It's bugging me to no end

I'm assuming you drive a Dakota, but how about telling us what year, engine, etc.?

What's wobbling exactly? The pulley or the bracket it is attached to?

Ahh yes, sorry i was in a rush.
2002 dodge dakota 5.9 v8

the assembly arm that moves normally has a slight wiggle back and forth when the engine is turning.
no play or movement when I try it with my hand. It's brand new
