Default Noise/tensioner

Every start up an sometimes a while after running I hear a tweet ,tweet ,tweet type noise at every 1or 2 seconds an it sounds like it's coming from pulley area.
Is the tensioner usually the culprit?
Some times it goes away after driving or when warm out.
Also should I try a spray test on each area the belt turns to find out where it's coming from /narrow it down?
Any info is appreciated.

Take off the belt and spin the pulleys by hand. If the movement isn't silky smooth, you have your culprit. I just replaced my tensioner pulley. In the recent past, I've replaced the AC idler as well as the standard idler pulleys.
