if its to keep brake dust down....they work...but are a bit gimmicky...

look cool, but it seems a bit pricey....though at only 30.00 per wheel, its less than new wheels!
the silver ones are not real in the picture, the black ones appear real.
plastic covers that are held on by the lug nuts, Im sure...
