hi.
i have a lowered 99 dakota with the 3.9 magnum.
like 3 month ago i changed my cluster color to green using led stripe.
the cluster was acting weird.
the rpm wasnt working , all light were blinking very very fast but never went completly off, speedometer stuck at max ( 200 kmh )
fuel gauge stuck lower than E like there is no current , the orange triangle light up and blink , only volt and temp were working and odo.

pulled it back , unplugged led stripe and put bulb back in , same trouble so it wasnt the leds.
bashed the dash , starter to work normally then back to glitching under a second.
i was angry so i parked it and didnt touch it for 4 days. then after that it was working like brand new ???

some days ago i had to remove the cluster again... and voila the glitch is there again.. but no way to get it back to normal in 2 days working on it.... about to throw that piece of **** in trash and build a 100% custom cluster ( if i had the money to do it right now.... lol )

i'm changing the cluster soon and see if its ok.

 

edit worked after 7 trie...
