Installed a new Delphi fuel pump and assembly, new plugs, and ignition coils. Pump primes, and she starts and runs, slow down, or stop and idle drops, and stalls, but start right back up. The pump relay is good. Could a pump ground issue cause stalling? How can I tell if there is moisture in the fuel line?

 

More likely an IAC problem......
