Cool Engine Swap - 2004 4.7L vs. 2008 4.7L

Noob here to the forum and a Mopar Newbee as well (Former Chevy Guy). I have been reading the forums as they relate to the 2nd Gen 4.7L v8, performance and engine swap and I have a question.

QUESTION 1: Would a 4.7L v8 2008 Grand Cherokee / Commander engine fit into my 2004 Dodge Dakota with little to no modifications?
QUESTION 2: Considering if the bolt patterns all match up what will I have to replace? Computer? etc.?

I have read about the 5.7L swap and all the muck around no performance parts for the 4.7L. So I pulled down some data in reference to the various 4.7L variants and the one with the best HP/Torque seems to be the 4.7L v8 2008 Grand Cherokee / Commander engine.

Thus my novice question, will that 4.7L variant fit into my 2004 Dakota w/ little to no modifications?

FOLLOW UP: If the swap won't work or will be excessively difficult what HO parts will fit into the 2nd Gen engine? Camshaft? Heads? Intake?
