Default Wheel Alignment

So I'll preface this by saying yes, I am aware that doing an alignment at home is challenging / not very accurate etc. However, I was able to get somewhat decent results using a laser and tape measure. The reason for the alignment was I finally got around to replacing my worn sloppy steering shaft and the alignment after was totally wrong. So after using laser to align front wheels with back I noticed that the right side of my truck only had 1/16 th of variance in measurement from front to back, but the left side was almost an inch! Now I don't mean variance in toe but rather a difference in measurement off the parallel laser line. Correct me if I am wrong but I was under the impression that each set of wheels should line up front to back. I have looked for obvious bent components, tie rod, control arm and even if somehow one rim was different (not stock but came with truck) and no luck. I cannot figure out where this inch came from.. Am I missing something?

According to theory, there is only one tenth of an inch difference in track width on those..... do you still have the stock wheels?
