transfer case not shifting properly

2000 Dakota 4x4 auto 3.9l
Changed the bushings on the transfer case linkage. It shifts but going from neutral to 2wd grinds. Do I need to adjust the bolt on the linkage?

Normal. The gears aren't synchronized at all. (except from 2 hi, to 4 hi) Easiest way to get it out of neutral, is to shut off the motor, trans in neutral.
