Default Front axle making noise I think it's due to this

Found a leak on the front axle just trying to figure out what it is that's leaking. I have a picture can anyone tell me what part of the truck this is?

Cool well that's a step forward. Any idea how to fix the leak? Is there anyway that's what's causing the whirring noise?

Check your power steering fluid it must be low how to fix just try to tighten the fitting.

Clean the fitting first. Some seepage happens after a while.

When do you hear the whirring? If all the time, even when not moving, I'd suspect a bad p/s pump. More likely you hear it only when moving and it's probably a wheel bearing.

It's really bad started leaking all the time now even while moving as before used to be noticeable only while stationary. The noise is only when moving anything over 30mph.

Then it must be seeping just a little as thats the high pressure power steering line what you call an axle is the steering rack.

Sounds like a wheel bearing if you only hear it moving. Does it change at all when you turn left or right?
