New .040 over pistons mild Comp Cams upgrade cam, new ported Head with stainless steel over sized intake and exhaust valves. A quality engine balancing will be preformed most parts will be new.

The engine bay is quite colourful in that picture... wow, and the belt routing is odd. Gonna have to get an emblem for that hood, but looking good. Sadly, the previous owner repainted the truck (had a bit of a front-end foray, they fixed the damage, but I noted the damage to the A/C condenser and cut in the overflow bottle from the bumper mount) and put red on with no clear coat, so my truck isn't all shiny. It was black from the factory, which I would have preferred, but ah well. I notice the contours on the tail lights... Altezza style?
I am the original owner new off the lot no front damage I just didn't like the pealing paint so flat black was it. The belt original no change she is a Canadian built Dakota. Front rad and all A/C was changed out for a 2000 model setup all better setup. As I said I made many changes the past 7 years.

Ehhh, I meant repainted the truck I own before I bought it. Yey typos. And yeah, I understand about the peeling paint, this is my first venture into Chrysler/Dodge, but everything I've heard is they aren't all that great on the whole resilient paint thing. Everyone I know that owns an older dodge or chrysler product has worn clearcoat/other paint issues. The previous owner also rattle-can'd the rims (same as yours) black :/ it's peeling and whatnot so I'm on the lookout for some clean ones (nowhere around here that'll refinish them and can't really afford it at the moment anyway). Keep up the posts and images.
No they are bolts a nut is on the other side with a plate its a solid good condenser by 4 seasons their top of line model. I found out later I could have used a Durango condenser that was about 20% bigger and fit like stock as they use the same radiator and mounting points as a same year Dakota HOT AZ you need all the cooling help you can get.
This one I picked as it was the largest in size Rock auto had.
It looks wrong but is very solid in construction 2 years no problems I think the bolts are solid through the core and clamps the core well.
These flat serpentine type condensers they started using in 2000 are built like a radiator very thick and don't puncture like the older round tube condensers. This was part of the change to r134a the serpentine type condensers cool the hot r134a more efficiently.
