Default Antitheft malfunction

Hey guys, im sorry if im asking a question thats been answered i did utfs but couldnt find whatt i need. I have a 98 dakota slt 4x4, this morning i locked my key in the truck as i have before and i had to b n e to get in, as i have done a few times. This time though when i opened the drivers door, the alarm went off and i dont have the factory keys. Someone installed an aftermarket alarm and then someone else ripped it out and for some reason they replaced the ignition. Ive tried disconnectin power, cycling locks , ign on off, unplugged the bcm which is the two plug high-line module and disconnected its ground and pulled fuses and relays. I am in real dier straights here. Is there something i can do other than take it to the dealer?

98 did not have factory alarm that I recall? Pretty sure the security group came in 2000, but I could be wrong. I know that is when the SKIM (gray chipped) key came into existance. Does the truck run?
