Default Over heating issue

My 98 dakota is overheating within 10 min of running. All in one week I've changed the condenser, thermostat, plugs and wires, throttle positioning senor, idle air control valve, and radiator cap. As soon as it starts, the fan stays on and the idle starts to rise gradually until it's just under 1000rpm.

Bad water pump, clogged radiator, head gasket or air in the system can cause overheating issues.
