Default 2004 4.7 Dakota turns off sometimes if I give it a little gas?

So sometimes when I give the Dakota a little bit of throttle it will turn off on me. And by a little bit of gas I mean just a small tap so that I can back out of a parking spot. It will do this in reverse and in drive. The throttle body has been cleaned, wires are all good but I can't find a solution to this so far. It runs great if I just leave the throttle off for example when taking off from a red light, but it's those small taps that make it turn off, but only sometimes. I shift it back to park and it'll start right back up. Could it be the idle air control valve? I wanted to get a second opinion before changing it. Also, A/C doesn't really seem to make a difference as I have had it turn off with A/C on and A/C off. No CEL either. Any suggestions would be great. Thank you!

Does it die when you go into the throttle or come off?

Idle Air Controller. It's likely hanging closed when you shut the blades, choking the engine out. The throttle body is easy to clean, and that's worth a try before replacing it since it idles normal otherwise.

I had already cleaned the throttle body. Changed the idle air control valve and she's working perfect now. Now if I can find out what's making that annoying squeak behind the steering wheel. Thank you
