04 ram 1500, i have error codes p0300,p0307 & p0207. replaced throttle body, #7 fuel injector, all 8 spark plugs, crankshaft sensor, still the same issue. now i can't get the truck idle to stay on, shuts down and very rough idle when reving the engine....any help ? trying to get it to stay on to get to the dealer to have analize thx..
