IAC motor

Default IAC motor

I have a p505 code so I replaced the IAC motor and now my idle is crazy. Can anyone help.

Disconnect the battery for 30 minutes. Then, hook it back up, turn the key to On (not start), count to ten, THEN start the motor. Let the PCM relearn idle.

Hope you followed the directions that came with the IAC. They tell you how far the pintle should be extended before installation.
