Trying to fix in-laws Dakota V6. Been sitting a while with just short trips down driveway. Coming home it had no power. Did get up to 60 but took a while. Front brakes were frozen imagine back are to. Has a rough idle but will rev up high in park. Continuity check on TPS showed no continuity between pins. Unplugging TPS didn't change idle. Is TPS bad? Any help?
