Whistle on cold start
1999 dodge ram 1500 5.2l 2wd. When I start the truck cold it makes a whistle sound like a turbo for about 1 min or less--sometimes it doesn't at all. I have checked all the vacuum lines that I can find. Any Ideas as to what it could be
