Default One dim headlight

A few months ago, I got pulled over for having a headlight that's too dim. (Stupid, I know, but that's not the point.) It is, in fact, considerably dimmer than the other one. Today, I finally replaced the bulb, but it's still just as dim!

It's dimmer whether on low or high beams. And it's REALLY dim, not just a little.

What can make a halogen lamp burn dimly?

A loose ground can make a headlight shine dimly.

i know this is a dumb question, but is the lens for your light all yellowed out. Dodge has a habbit of making crappy headlights that turn yellow over time and make it hard to see out of. New ones are fairly cheap.
