Hey Everyone,

Heres the problem I just bought a 99 dodge Dakota and when I tried out the wipers I realized that the delay on them is not working, but I still have the low and high settings that work. I was hoping somebody might have an idea of what I can check to try and fix this. I was thinking possibly the relay but I'm not sure. Any help that anyone can offer would be appreciated.
