Pretty much the same for all vehicles. Unscrew the ends, remove the hoes, install the new one, fill the reservist back up, bleed the air out.

I just went through the power steering pressure and return hose, power steering rack, power steering switch and tie rod replacement fiasco. All to find out my leak was coming form a $30 power steering pressure switch. I used the following thread and YouTube how to video and a Haynes manual for torque specs.

The best way to access the hose connection at the power steering rack is through the driver side wheel well above the chassis, but below the plastic liner. The return line is about $19 at NAPA. I recommend replacing both pressure and return at the same time. And whatever you do, be sure to use ONLY Chrysler 5391 power steering fluid. I used the Valvoline stuff that cost about $6 a quart. Another tip, make sure to turn the wheel 40 times as pointed out in the thread link below. That is critical for working all the bubbles out. When you drive the car expect the level to go down. Check the next few times you drive and top off as needed.

Good luck!
