Question Temporary fix for a rusted fuel filler neck?

Basically what the title says. I need to put fuel in my truck and it has a steady leak when I do fill it.
Is there anything I can do to slow the leak just to hold me over to my appointment with the mechanic?

Don't laugh at me for this, but gorilla tape will seal damn near anything. Other option is to get a cheap radiator hose from the parts store, slit it in half, and hoseclamp it to the filler.

happened to me on a long road trip...I was able to slide a section of rubber fuel hose into the filler neck down to the tank...funnel atop the hose at each fill up....people were smiling at us when we filled up, dribbling fuel into a funnel...took a long time to fill....but it got us home until we could make a permanent repair.
